If happiness could be defined in just one word, it would be ‘dogs.’ Now not all of you may understand what I mean, but if you’re a dog person, I’m pretty sure your eyes already lit up. Seven months ago I’ve decided to adopt a dog after almost a year since my childhood canine best friend (Tina) passed away.

I stumbled upon a little two-month old puppy who I named ‘Lana’. She was a beautiful white and brown Jack Russell with black spots all over her body and I fell in love instantly! But let me tell you one thing. Jack Russells are more than a handful as they don’t even consider themselves dogs! Here are 8 things that happen when you decide to adopt a Jack Russell.

Why You Shouldn’t Choose the Nice Guy

In the age of douche-bags, a nice guy is seen like a precious gemstone, let’s say a Ruby. Even if rubies are not your style and they’re not what you want, the sight of one will still fascinate you at first and you’ll feel as if a Ruby is exactly what you needed. After all, you’ve been getting charcoal for a long time and you’re in desperate need for a change. However and after a little while you realise that you prefer a Sapphire but you still choose the Ruby anyway because there are no guarantees that you will find your Sapphire and there’s no way you’re going to dig in that dark and scary mine again anytime soon!

Spending a Day in Lebanon: Chouf Edition!

A dog’s death: my personal experience

No matter how much I talk about the loss of my dog, only dog owners will relate to my pain and my love. But still, I will write this, because my Tina deserves to be remembered every day and forever, and maybe it will ease your pain too.

On the 17th of October, 2015, my dog Tina passed away. She was 16 years and 2 months old.

Let’s go back to early September, 1999. It was still a beautiful summer day and my father walked in with a little fur ball that still couldn’t walk without falling on her face and wiggling her little tail because that’s what puppies do right?
